This type of container requires all round colour and foliage also to cover the bottom of the basket, which is not easy. This one is almost all there – lovely worthy winner!
This type of container requires all round colour and foliage, although I cannot see in the photos if the rear is as good as the front and sides, I have to take it on trust that it is. I particularly like the shape of the display.
This type of container requires all round colour and foliage also to cover the bottom of the basket which this exhibit does very well. There is obviously a very small amount of damage towards the middle at the bottom, which gives the impression of a small hole in the display. Still excellent though.
Unique. This container is of course a totally different style from many of the others submitted and in its own sub-category. However, I love the minimalism, striking colour contrast between pot, foliage & blooms. Very healthy specimen
Another completely different style of container. A lovely healthy rose with plenty of colour and lots still to come. With such a ‘heavy’ container, I think a contrasting trailing companion to soften would please my eye
A wonderful standard fuchsia enhanced by some contrasting petunias around the container. However, the container is still a little ‘exposed’ and as noted elsewhere, I personally do like to see some trailing plant material
Overall a delightful selection of containers, which was a pleasure to view and very challenging to judge!
